Trio of information open houses taking place across the County this month

County residents looking to get a little more insight on the ins and outs of exactly what the municipal government has planned for the foreseeable future are being invited to a series of open houses around the region later this month.

County Reeve Bob Marshall says they greatly look forward to reconnecting with people across the region, and to not only share information, but listen to any concerns, questions or queries.

“These events are a highlight of our year and provide opportunities for County Councillors and staff to socialize, share information, and receive feedback on County initiatives, programs, and services,” Marshall adds.

The three events will also see members of various county departments on hand to answer any specifics people may want to know about the various projects in the work. A free bbq meal will also be on tap while supplies last.

All three open houses will run from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will take place at the Hythe & District Memorial Arena on June 13th, the Bezanson Community Event Centre on June 14th, and the County Crosslink Sportsplex on June 19th.
