Firefighters remain on the scene of a house fire in Westpointe. They were called to the house on 114 Street across from Westpointe Community Church Saturday afternoon.
There is no word yet on any injuries and how many people have been displaced. While there is visible damage to the two neighbouring homes, Fire Marshal Chris Renyk says the distance between them is largely why further damage wasn’t done, along with quick work to extinguish the blaze.
