Crews from multiple Grande Prairie Regional Fire Service stations responded to a fire at a home in Bezanson early Tuesday evening. According to reports firefighters from the Bezanson, Teepee Creek, Clairmont and Dunes stations responded to the call at 5:20 p.m. and when they arrived on scene found heavy smoke coming from the home.
According to a release from the County of Grande Prairie, though high winds caused some difficulty, crews were able to get the fire under control. No injuries from the fire were reported, and the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
