No injuries have been reported after an early morning fire involving two houses in the Mission neighbourhood on Wednesday. The Grande Prairie Fire Department says it they reached the scene shortly after 3 a.m., and when it arrived, it saw a pair of houses involved in the blaze.
Fire crews were able to knock down the fire, but believe the damage will likely lead to a total loss of both homes, along with damage dealt to several vehicles on scene. Several people were displaced by the fire, and the investigation into the cause of the blaze is underway.
