St. Stephen’s School in Valleyview has nominated its vice-principal for a 2022-2023 Excellence in Catholic Education Award. Sandy Batherson-Campbell is the vice principal, a teacher, and Religious Education Coordinator, and is as one of the school’s major assets. Batherson-Campbell says she is thrilled and honored by the recognition.
“What a blessing this is to receive this nomination. Faith is the backbone of our school and division so I am privileged to be able to share that with our students and staff.”
Holy Family Catholic Regional Division Superintendent Betty Turpin says Batherson-Campbell is someone who shows and maintains the division’s vision.
“Sandy exemplifies what our division is all about. Aside from being a treasure chest of faith-based knowledge, and a great teacher, she is a wonderful person and we are blessed to have her in the Holy Family Catholic Regional Division HFCRD family.”
The winner of 2022-2023 Excellence in Catholic Education Award will be announced on May 4th.
