On April 3rd, a road ban will go into effect starting at 10 a.m. and will be will be in place on all County of Grande Prairie gravel roads. While the road ban is in place these roads will be at 75 per cent axle weight from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. unless otherwise posted.
Road bans are issued during spring thaw and inclement weather when gravel roads are most vulnerable to damage.
