PBR Canada announces Cup Series event in Grande Prairie

PBR Canada is coming back to Grande Prairie at the end of September for the PBR Canada Cup Series Peace Country Invitational. The two-day event will be the seventh out of 10 stops on the PBR Canada Cup Series, presented by Wrangler and will be the fourth time the series has been in Grande Prairie.

Last year Aaron Roy won the Grande Prairie event with two 85-point rides, putting him among the top five competing for the PBR Canada Championship. According to PBR Canada, last’s years Grande Prairie stop helped set the stage for the 2022 PBR Canada Nationals finals in Edmonton, where Nick Tetz took home his first national title.

The PBR Canada Cup Series Peace Country Invitational will be held at Bonnetts Energy Centre on September 30th and October 1st, with the Sunday show scheduled as an afternoon matinee. Tickets for the PBR Canada Cup Series Peace Country Invitational can be purchased starting March 31st on the Bonnetts Energy Centre website.
