The next month will be a busy one for County of Grande Prairie road crews.
Work has started on basing and paving Mercer Hill from Range Road 52 to 55, along with Township Road 750 from Range Road 91 south to 93 south. The projects are expected to be done by mid-July, and traffic will experience delays in the meantime with speed reduced in construction zones.
The County is also spending $340,000Â to do crack sealing and line painting on paved roads. The work is done every year to keep the safe and maximize their lifespan. If weather permits, that will take until mid-July as well.
