The trial for the second pair of men accused in a major Grande Prairie drug bust started today.
31 year old Mahasin Hadija and 37 year old Paul Elliott are facing various trafficking and possession charges after ALERT seized $233-thousand worth of cocaine and meth, as well as weapons, last April.
The trial for their two co-accused wrapped up in March, which saw 32 year old Scott McKay sentenced to three months served, and charges against the fourth dropped.
The trial is set to run two days this week.
