A moderate earthquake has been recorded southeast of Peace River. Earthquakes Canada says the 4.1 magnitude quake hit at 12:22 a.m. Wednesday.
The earthquake epicentre was located southeast of Peace River, just northeast of the Hamlet of Reno, at a depth of 5 kilometres. It’s the sixth recorded earthquake in the Peace Country since February.
