UPDATE: The RCMP says Victor Charles Tallman has been located safe.
A vulnerable person with medical concerns has been reported missing from Grande Prairie. 29-year-old Victor Charles Tallman was last seen around 6:20 p.m. on November 10th in the area of 110 Street and 112 Avenue.
He is described as 5’8″ and 125 pounds with black hair. Tallman was last seen wearing a black coat, blue and grey camo pants, and black suede shoes.
The Grande Prairie RCMP says he requires medical attention and is it reaching out to the public for help finding him. Anyone who sees Tallman is asked not to approach him and to instead call police so he can be helped.
