Saturday will be a busy day in the town of Sexsmith. A full day of activities has been planned for their annual Chautauqua Day.
Everything gets started with a pancake breakfast at the Civic Centre at 9 am, followed by the parade around town at noon. From 1 pm to 4 pm the Civic Centre, train station, Community Centre field, and main street will be packed with displays and activities.
There will be a local market, music, and tea and cake at the Civic Centre.
Over on main street there will be RC Planes on display, a classic car show, bingo, a petting zoo, and a demonstration from the fire department at 3 pm.
