Multiple power outages are reported in the Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge, Spirit River, and surrounding areas. ATCO Electric says they have been caused by windstorms passing through.
The time of restoration is currently unknown. Some of the outages in the Spirit River area are showing an estimated restoration time of 8:30 p.m.
A social media post also shows power lines downed on Range Road 53 and south of Mercer Hill.
