The Grande Prairie Home Hardware has been nationally recognized as a 2022 Outstanding Retailer. Home Hardware Building Centre won the Best Building Supply and Home Centre store over 15,000 square feet at the 30th Outstanding Retailer Awards Gala Dinner on Tuesday.
A panel of industry experts considered several variables such as sales performance, retail innovation, and community involvement when it came to choosing this year’s award winner. The local hardware store is known for taking part in several community events and supporting organizations like the local minor soccer association, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, along with Habitat for Humanity projects.Â
Home Hardware has a rich history in Grande Prairie, starting as a Beaver Lumber store until 1999 when it switched.
