Charges laid after meth, fentanyl seized in Grande Prairie

An Edmonton man is facing charges after police in Grande Prairie seized a sizeable amount of drugs following a short investigation.

Mounties say on September 29th, they executed a search warrant within the city, and during the search, seized 900 grams of cocaine, 650 grams of meth, and 300 grams of fentanyl, along with just over $4,400 in cash.

25-year-old Trysten La Porte of Edmonton is facing several trafficking and possession charges in connection.
