A couple local high school football players will be representing the north at the 28th Annual Senior Bowl High School All Star Game. Both boys are Offensive Linemen for the St. Joseph’s Catholic High school and will join 39 other athletes on the team. Marshall Tunke and Austin Gordin were picked during a selection camp in Edmonton on April 13th to 15th.
The players will join others from Edmonton, Red Deer and Lloydminster but the two are the only ones from the peace country to make the team. The South Team will be picked after a camp being held in Calgary on April 21st to 23rd.
The north and south will go head-to-head on May 22nd.
