First trial set in Adrian Snider homicide case

The first trial date for one of the four people accused in the death of Adrian Snider has been set for next year. From March 16th to April 20th, Tommy Paul will be tried for the first degree murder of the 25 year old, whose remains were found in a rural area outside Grande Prairie in May 2015.

Two preliminary hearings are also on the books. The court will decide on December 19th whether there’s enough evidence to send Courtney McQuinn to trial for accessory after the fact to murder. Then in January, a preliminary hearing will be held for Patrick Decque, who’s charged with manslaughter and accessory to murder.

His brother Dominic Decque is facing either first or second degree murder and will be back in court next week.
