The man wanted for the armed robbery of a home in the Mountview area has plead not guilty to robbery and weapons charges.
Ryan Raymond Hynes was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for stealing a number of firearms from the home back on March 5th. He reportedly pointed a gun at the home owner, and there was evidence that a shot had been fired in the home.
Hynes was arrested 10 days later in a South Patterson home, along with another man and women both wanted on outstanding warrants. A date for a trial will be set on July 29th.
